Subscription Cancellation Policy
We hate to see you go. You may cancel your subscription to Bright Conversations at any time prior to your renewal date to prevent future billing. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing term, and access to all included benefits will continue until that date.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. No full or partial refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for cancellations made during an active subscription period.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
